Processing Time Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days) – Rates calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) – Rates calculated at checkout
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50
International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times vary by location and are estimated at 7–21 business days.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages Petal Beauty & Wellness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address] with photos of the damage, and we'll make it right.
Address Changes Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to make address changes after an order has been placed.
